1. Reasons for glass bottle manufacturers to perform surface treatment on glass bottles
To enhance the chemical stability of the product surface and eliminate damage on the glass bottle surface, the primary method to achieve this goal is to add coatings, chemical strengthening, physical strengthening, surface acid treatment, plastic coating, and other methods during the manufacturing process.

II. The hot coating process for glass bottles should be carried out after production molding and before annealing
When the molded glass is slowly cooled to a temperature between 450 and 600 degrees, a metal coating agent is sprayed onto the surface of the container to form a protective film of a certain thickness, increasing the surface strength by 30%. This allows the glass bottle to withstand prolonged water washing and rinsing. In order to improve the mechanical strength and thermal stability of the glass bottle, we use cold air strengthening. The cold air strengthening treatment method is as follows.
III. After being demoulded by the bottle-making machine, the glass bottles should be immediately sent into the muffle furnace
Heat the glass evenly until it approaches its softening temperature, then introduce it into the tempering chamber. Use porous nozzles to spray cold air into the glass bottles, rapidly cooling them down. Alternatively, liquid can be used as a cooling medium for sudden cooling, causing the surface of the glass bottles to harden due to sudden contraction.
