Anhui Huiguang Glass Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern glass product enterprise mainly producing high borosilicon heat-resistant glassware. The company was established in October 2021 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company's  address is Fengyang County Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou City. The first furnace, the fourth line of the first furnace,  has been successfully put into production, and the second furnace is under construction. The annual production project of 50,000 tons of high borosilicate glassware is located north of Fengxiang Avenue, Fengyang  Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total investment of the project is 205 million yuan, covering an area of   about 100 mu, and a total construction area of about 36,000 square meters. The project is constructed in two phases, mainly  including: 2 production workshops and office buildings, etc. Four newly built fully electric melted glass kilns, 20 fully automatic  high borosilicate pressing vessel production lines, and 9 annealing furnaces. After the project reaches full production, it can  produce 50,000 tons of high borosilicate glassware annually, with an output value of about 376 million yuan. This project adopts the most advanced high borosilicate glass production technology in China, giving full play to the characteristics of high borosilicate glass with high heat resistance, high strength, and high added value. The main indicators of this product meet the international quality standards for import and export of Western European countries, and all the main products  are used in export trade. The main production processes are: fully automatic ingredient dispensing process, fully electromelting  process, press molding, annealing process, product inspection, and storage. The first phase project has an annual output of  32,000 tons of high borosilicate glassware project, which has been successfully approved and has obtained energy evaluation  and approval. The second phase project has an annual output of 34,000 tons of high borosilicate glassware project, which has  been completed. After the project is put into production, the annual output value is expected to be 376 million yuan and pay  20 million yuan in taxes.
